My team was tasked to interpret Rituals’ brand values into a high-performing e-commerce experience.

Insight

Online experiences are very much about speed and ten people are looking at this and scroll to refresh and clicks and stress.

Rituals is the antithesis of that—its customers find solace in their days through the moments they share with Rituals.

How might we create an e-commerce site for Rituals that reflects this purpose?

Idea

An oasis on the Internet, where visitors are inspired to slow down.

Execution

Referencing Rituals’ in-store ceremonies, we crafted every detail of the experience help visitors slow down and unwind.

Simple transitions ease the mind, thoughtfully curated yoga and meditation content relax the soul, and gifting is personalised effortlessly.

Products unfold into stories of traditions from the cultures that inspired the products, and moments of calm are offered throughout, reflecting the physical spaces that Rituals has created.

You instantly feel like you are part of a Rituals world—you can almost smell the products. It is an e-commerce site that is complete and inspiring, and on top of that, converts highly.
